10 Gajhaa”, a place or the area between Nepal and India where people of both countries can share their anything but not to make their own property. In Punarbash of Kanchanpur district, government of India made a dam in such place called as “10 Gajhaa”. This type of work is i*llegal for both the countries.badhOn last saturday, Cheif District Officer (C.D.O.) Manohar Prasad Aryal with lots of other government officers visited the place where the Indian government made the dams and reported to headquarter, Kathmandu. Without making a contract with the Nepal Government, India starting to made a dam. This dam covered the 3 kilometer area of “10 Gajaa” which is made by The District Forest Office of National Park of India.

The land area of Punarbash, Kanchanpur where “10 Gajaa” is available, forest office of India made a dam illegally. Indian Government covered that area about 3 kilometre and made a dam about 1.67 meter high. Due to this work is illegal, C.D.O of Kanchanpur district reported this situation in head quarter.

This is not the first time of capturing the land by India. Before this more than 4 times they tried but Nepal Government reported this situation of the parliament of India. Due to the less powerful country, India captured such land since many years and no one can protest for this situation.
